The quality of the FRP molded parts used in the production of the FRP grating machine has a great influence on the appearance of the product and has a lot to do with the degree of lubrication. In addition to the quality of these materials, what is important is the quality of the mold and the overall skill nature of the service life. However, the domestically produced FRP mold is a good structure, but compared with other industrialized countries, the appearance quality of the product is poor, as well as the lack of mold materials and mold manufacturing tools and equipment conditions, and more importantly, most Domestic manufacturers do not pay much attention to these details than some foreign factories, but mainly have experience in surface finishing of molds.

FRP mold appearance processing technology is introduced as follows:

  • Water grinding method - the new mode or the innovation of the old mode, water sandpaper is water grinding, water sandpaper is at the starting point of water grinding, usually from 600, some users use thicker water sandpaper to grind directly from 400 to 400 in order to improve work efficiency, and quickly grind . But I don't know if the sand marks of the coarse sandpaper are not sanded after the fine sandpaper is sanded, it needs to be sanded again. Then 600 to 800, 1,000, 1,200, 1,500 (or 2,000) people are lost and all the hard work goes to waste.
  • When polishing, first polish the top surface of the mold, then polish it with an electric polishing machine, and then polish the surface of the mold with a rough coating. When the polishing machine starts a circular spiral operation, the past cast iron, do not discharge the mold, the main work is rough polishing. To date, generally speaking, rough polishing requires at least two dies to be relatively smooth. Then roughly polish the coarse hair of the new disk, add fine polishing and polishing agent, and then repeat the above operation. The thickness of the polishing agent is different from that of the wool board, and each polishing machine corresponds to one as far as possible.
  • Clean the mold. During the mold cleaning process, the residual oil and mold release agent in the mold appearance polishing sealant can be firmly attached to the mold, and then combined with Biquan and the mold to scrub twice, and the second mold cleaning with water and gauze Scrub the surface of the mold, dry it, then apply mold cleaning water, let it fully evaporate and dry (about half an hour), and then use a clean dry light.
  • Close the mold, and according to the finishing requirements of FRP products, it is usually considered complete after the third polishing. However, if only the surface of the mold is polished, there will be many invisible holes. In the precision requirements of FRP, we need to seal these tiny holes, so that the precision of the glass fiber is greatly increased, so that the reinforcement of the plastic can reach a higher level. Apply the sealant evenly on the surface of the mold with gauze, then dry (about 30-60 minutes), and then wipe and lubricate with a clean dry cloth. The new mold is also sealed four times, and the old mold can be sealed twice if innovative.
  • When demolding, in the process of operation, different productions should be carried out according to different thicknesses of FRP products, and different mold release agents should also be selected. For casting and forming FRP sanitary ware, the thickness of FRP products is about 5 mm, and the glass is solidified by heating instead of using high-temperature release wax or substrate thickness. Apply the concrete peeling wax with gauze as much as possible, stick the appropriate amount of peeling wax close to the film, and then squeeze the gauze and apply it evenly on the outside of the mold, so that it is not only uniform but also saves a lot of scattered non-stripping wax, let it dry (30-60 minutes ), then clean by hand with a gauze bag wipe or polisher to polish the shine. Apply 4-5 times the new release wax before use. After the first 10 products are demoulded, the last wax can be removed after each demoulding.
In order to improve the completion speed, work efficiency and release property of FRP grating, once the release agent is applied, the flatness of such products is very good, and it can also avoid repeated cleaning with release wax due to wax contamination. Release wax or reusable clean release wax is easy to oxidize after long-term storage, causing unnecessary damage to FRP products.
